Mistic Manaia is a new Brick and Tile 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Holiday Home, that is booked exclusively for you and/or your group/party. Mistic Manaia is situated on a coastal farm of 65 Acres that presently has sheep and cattle grazing in the paddocks. The property has been in our family for over 63 years. The house has been purpose built at the back of the farm right on the Native Bush line of Mt. Manaia where there are many different Native birds living including Kiwis. Positioned on top of a hill that gives you awesome views of McLeod Bay and beyond.

This has made Mistic Manaia a place of serenity, exclusivity and total relaxation to all that have stayed here "Just what we needed"! We have furnished the house with quality and luxurious furniture for maximum comfort! There are 3 Queen Beds, 1 set of Bunks and 2 Double Sofa Beds. A large deck surrounds the house and has a seperate BBQ area and an outdoor bench and sink to clean and fillet the fish you have successfully caught throughout the day! Have a good time,Come and Stay! 

Whangarei Heads is rich in activities and splendour for all to enjoy, with several calm Bays along with white sand and surf "Ocean Beach". The fishing here is among the best New Zealand has to offer you, there are Charter Fishing and Diving trips readily available or to simply get out on the water there are Kayaks to hire. Numerous Mountain and Coastal walks and hikes. The "Pines Golf Course" is only a few minutes drive from Mistic Manaia where they welcome everyone, members and non members alike. We also have great Restaurants and Cafes, some which are in walking distance while others are only a short drive away. Whangarei Heads has a large array of very talented artists which all have studios open to the public.
